Visitors

You’re more than welcome to join us on Sundays at 10am when our red doors are open.

Sunday morning services involve hymns (old and new), readings from the bible, a sermon, prayers and celebrating communion (also known as eucharist or mass, where bread and wine are consecrated and shared). You don’t have to sing or pray or take communion if you are not comfortable doing so and all are welcome to come to the altar to receive a blessing (a special type of prayer). The service is followed by tea, coffee and biscuits and sometimes cakes. The service is around an hour in total and uses modern language throughout.

People wear what they are comfortable in from jeans to Sunday best, all are welcome including children. Our congregation ranges in age from babies to the elderly, including a good contingent of students from the University of Aberdeen. Colouring materials and toys available for children.

Craft Club meets every other Tuesday at 2pm in the church where you can join us for crafting (card making to painting), coffee and chat.

We are a friendly, welcoming and inclusive church. Our worship is creative, spiritual and liturgical Anglican worship with weekly Holy Communion. All ages are welcome.

We look forward to meeting you.
